You can get dark circles and sunken eyes

The appearance of dark circles around your eyes or the appearance of sunken eyes can be directly related to trying to lose facial fat the wrong way. It can also make your skin look old, tired and worn out. Much of this can be caused by the decrease in elasticity of your skin.

The gym will not help you lose facial fat

And facial fat can be caused by among other things such as water retention as well as a variety of things like your diet and lifestyle.

There is no guarantee you will lose face fat by losing your body fat

Yes it’s true if you have a fat body and a fat face, then the most common sense thing to do is cardiovascular exercises to burn that fat off. However, this does not guarantee that you will lose facial fat. In fact your face may stay the same, while you’re body becomes thinner.

What you should do

There is a way to lose facial fat, and that is facial exercises and having the right diet. This does not require you to starve yourself, or do extreme and heavy cardio exercises it only requires you to put in a little amount of time everyday to do simple facial exercises.
